This Training Program consists of eleven Advanced Courses, one for each of the eleven core competencies of effectiveness:

It was designed by business executive at all levels, entrepreneurs, the self- employed and small business owners, and not educators.

Each of the eleven courses is designed to be self-reinforcing and take one month to complete.

For example, if you started Course 1: Followership on January 1, on February 1 you’d begin Course 2: Delegating. And on November 1: you’d finish the program by completing Course 11: Character.

The twelfth month (December) could be used for self-reflection and goal setting. 

Then, like Ben Franklin, and his program of self-reinforcement, you’d restart the program with Course 1: Followership on January 1 of the following year.

Each of the eleven Advanced Courses has 35-40 Lessons, with 5-7 Appendices, and numerous assignments and assignment reviews to Check-On-Learning. 

Each course contains 50+ Best Practices designed to enhance each core competency.

Each lesson contains of numerous Tactics, Techniques, and the Tools you’ll need to demonstrate each Best Practice.

Each course ends with a final Check-On-Learning to gauge your retention of the material.
